A Different Kind of English test
PTE is a fully computerised English test. Computerised tests usually have a very fixed marking system so you will have to trigger the marking points. Follow the points that we provide you and you will score with flying colours.
KEYWORDS
There are a few points that can help you score. First, are the keywords. Try to hit most of the keywords to gain more points. Such as: if you are given a graph, be consistent and write down the keywords such as increase / decrease, highest / lowest etc . Make sure to also use all the words given on the images, they are also important keywords that can help you gain points. As mentioned the marking system is fixed, so you just have to know what to say and you will hit the marking points.
Pauses
During your speaking test, DO NOT PAUSE for too long. The computer will automatically think that you are done and it will cut off the mike. Therefore, whatever you say after the mic is automatically turned off, will not be graded. Make sure to be very careful and write down things you want to say during preparation time.

Starting with an introduction, (***Usually written on the topic), Body 1&2 (**If it is an essay about comparison, state down pros and cons. 1.State the facts, 2. Compare and 3. Examples).
