Digital Marketing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, coordinate and execute digital marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels including paid advertising, social media promotions, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, influencer partnerships, search engines, email etc;
• Create compelling content for digital channels, such as websites, social media, newsletters, advertisements, brochures and other marketing materials;
• Write content articles on tending topics and copy write emailers, landing pages, banners, infographics etc;
• Optimize campaigns using data analytics tools to enhance ROI, lead generation, brand awareness, and social exposure;
• Create and manage online events (competition, online expo, etc.);
• Create and promote online advertising space in all digital channels including pre-event needs (pre-registration and campaigns);
• Analyze trends and explore new ways to engage audiences and discover emerging social networks;
• Utilize SEO techniques to boost website visibility and improve search engine rankings by optimizing content, managing paid search campaigns, and analyzing performance data;
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, Marketing or related field (Media background is highly desirable);
• Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply);
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, YouTube etc);
• Good command of English, both written and verbal;
• Proficiency in Mandarin language would be an added advantage;
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms;
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro and WordPress;
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Creative mindset with attention to detail;
• A strong sense of responsibility and accountability in all tasks;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
